Sharing a few bullets on an issue I had recently that has been swiftly resolved just in case anyone experiences it:

- parked car on flat level ground, turned alarm on with no issues
- came back to car c. 30 mins later, unlocked car, opened boot using key fob to get something out, closed boot using button, set alarm, 3 secs later car alarm went off
- tried rinse/repeat multiple times with same result
- open/closed windows and doors in case something screwy had happened - no change
- turned off internal monitoring - no change
- drove home (alarm was only going off when it was set)
- read on the forums about issues caused by faulty door sensors (so assumed it was the boot door sensor)
- reported to Porsche assistance and AA called out, referred me as a drive-in recovery
- took car Porsche Guildford (Audi Q2 loan oeganised by PA)
- 2 dthey confirmed a faulty inclination sensor
- replaced and back up & running

All up I’d say a good response from PA and Porsche guildford ?
