Bluetooth on not available

So after the AA rebooted my 12v system last night to try and get the tailgate to open I discover this morning that I can no longer connect my phone to the car. The car doesn’t see that my phone is connected to the USB port and it won’t let me turn Bluetooth on to find a new phone.
Does anyone have any clues? Porsche dealer can’t see me for 3 weeks and I’d rather like to have my phone reconnected before then…
Does anyone have any clues that might help?

maybe log out of your porsche account then log back in?
