BUYBACK (LEMON) warranty QUESTION

Does a Porsche Taycan's buyback (lemon) status automatically void the manufacturer's warranty, including the battery warranty?

No, it doesn't. I recently purchased a '22 CT4S that was listed as a Dealer Buyback, and it hadn't even had its first service completed. Took it in to my local dealer and had most of the recalls and first service performed, all fully covered.
Granted, I haven't had specific warranty work done...but if the basic service was covered, I don't see why warranty issues wouldn't be. I was also able to purchase a Porsche extended service contract without issue, as well.

Hendrick Porsche Southpoint, in Durham, NC The 9 year/108k mile plan ran me $7500.

@TreyWaters: I spoke with a dealer in Arizona, and their finance manager told me that Porsche does not extend warranties for buyback lemons. He mentioned that while their system might allow customers to purchase the extended warranty, when it comes time to file a claim, the system will flag the vehicle and Porsche will deny the warranty request.
