It's time.

I'm ordering a 2022 Taycan and would like the old pros to take a look at my build.

What do you think? Is there something I should add? Remove? Change? Let me know.

Front seat heating is standard so, you’re only paying for rear. It’s poorly worded in the config. This is fine, so long as you know that’s all it’s adding.

PMCC is generally considered a waste/bad idea for US. The car comes with a 9.6kW charger already. You’re just paying for WiFi, better interface, and longer vehicle cord. I see you have the smaller supply cable. You would probably be better off just getting a 3rd party 24A EVSE.

150kW/400V charger is also generally considered a waste in the US, unless you have a specific known use in mind already.

The surround view implementation is disappointing. It’s still worth getting and I would still get it if I were re-ordering. Just a heads up to be disappointed.

Might be reading it wrong, but wondering why the performance items are all separately checked vs just checking the Performance Package itself? Won't that be a little cheaper?

Personally would get rid of the passenger display (from what I've seen at the dealer, it's not very useful) as well as the charging stuff Jhenson29 mentioned, check performance package instead of individual items, check premium package instead of individual items and replace the standard interior with leather for a total of the same build cost almost, maybe 800 less - again, that's my personal pref http://www.porsche-code.com/PMDASMY7

The performance package is a no-brainer.

The premium package is probably a good idea, but it does include some things that you haven't currently selected. But I think the package will still be cheaper than the a la carte options you've selected, so unless you are specifically trying to stay away from PDLS+ or full leather interior, I'd recommend it.

I don't think the passenger display is valuable. But if you really want it, consider the tech package. It might be a nearly-free upgrade that will also get you ACC and auto-park. (Tech package requires premium package.)

If you selected PMCC because you think that's the only way to get a mobile charging cable: not to worry, you get a (basic) mobile charging cable for free. You don't need to pick that option.

Even if you really want PMCC, I recommend against the dock. It's literally just a bracket with the Porsche logo on it.

I never recommend all-season ("no-season") tires. If you live in an area that has four seasons, either don't drive the car in the winter or get proper snow tires.
