Dashcam recommendations

I've read numerous threads on this forum about dash cams. In summary it appears:

1. The Porsche Dash cam is expensive, bulky and not very well integrated but likely to be an acceptable accessory if fitted by a Porsche dealer should any electric gremlins develop in the future.
2. Dash cams from FitCam X, Blackvue and Gold appear sleeker, better value and offer better integration (FitCam X) but would likely be viewed as a source of electrical issues if they were to arise in the future given the third party nature of the product/fitting.

My car comes with the factory preparation for Porsche dash cam. Can anyone confirm:

1. If that wiring plan includes wiring for a rear view camera?
2. If the wiring connectors support dash cams other than the Porsche product?
