Starting in October my car started to behave weird.

my back windows would go down by themself randomly (at the same time). It was happening maybe once a week and I always thought I was pressing the buttons. I was not able to control them from my door.

In early December it got really bad as my windows would go dow multiple times on a trip and then my mirror control stopped working and I had the right mirror out of alignment.

I waited for 5 weeks for my dealer appointment, then got a loaner for a week.

I got the car back yesterday. They had to change the driver door control unit due to a short. It was due to moisture

Thanks for the update. Is that underneath / part of the keypad or elsewhere?

Also any explanation for the moisture ingress?

The back windows controls from my door and the mirror controls were dead.

they did not provide any explanation. They gave me the car and sent me home.

i plan to call them tomorrow

Mines going in for a new tailgate closer switch - water ingress and of course it has a PCB.
