Electrical Systems Fault (Ongoing diagnosis)

My 22 CT4S got the electrical systems fault error back in early March and has been in service ever since. The last update I received was they are still trying to diagnose what is causing this issue. We are approaching 5wks with no signs of progress and I’m starting to get worried.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation and can maybe share or help guide on next steps?
