My 3 months trial expired for Innodrive and ALK, and I now permanently bought ALK while I cancelled Innodrive...all of that in "theory".
Every time I drive the car, I get the message that cancellation is available and that after I park the car, it will take 10 minutes after locking the doors....then when I get back to it, I get a message that it has failed...and then we start the loop again.
What is extremely frustrating is that if you try to use the car as soon as you park it, it sticks on the yellow update message, and you have to wait for 10 minutes.
Did anyone else have the same issue? Is there a workaround without having to go to the dealership (which I am booked in for the 3rd of October for a brake recall)?
