FoD - Innodrive - cancellation update stuck in a loop

My 3 months trial expired for Innodrive and ALK, and I now permanently bought ALK while I cancelled Innodrive...all of that in "theory".

Every time I drive the car, I get the message that cancellation is available and that after I park the car, it will take 10 minutes after locking the doors....then when I get back to it, I get a message that it has failed...and then we start the loop again.

What is extremely frustrating is that if you try to use the car as soon as you park it, it sticks on the yellow update message, and you have to wait for 10 minutes.

Did anyone else have the same issue? Is there a workaround without having to go to the dealership (which I am booked in for the 3rd of October for a brake recall)?

Ironically I’m currently stuck with the opposite loop, trying to test the innodrive feature for 3 months free. Warning message says Installation failed despite Innodrive is there and ok.
Dealer says he can’t take in the car because he won’t be able to give it back until the brake hoses are changed (and in back order)…Appointment on November 12 for 3 recalls (HV heater, PSM reprogram and brake hoses) and then this.

Indeed I did. No luck : the warning message comes back after just few seconds.
I did call the connect store assistance. The guy on the phone stated my car is seen as in privacy mode, which is not, the reason why the update won’t complete….
He had me activate and deactivate the privacy mode from the PCM with no result.

I actually just tried now and the cancellation notification is gone....I'll go for a drive in a little bit and see what happens

It seems to have worked for me...I have no innodrive option anymore!!

Update and end of this story. I've been unable to get rid of this error and those popups messages kept coming up by myself... Innodrive has been finally fully activated at the Porsche workshop when in for 4 recalls.
