FOD / missing options

I got my car mid Jan and at that time, I saw the functions available on porsche connect / my porsche. Now, since mid Feb - I do not see them. My dealer doesn’t has a clue.

FOD (Functions on Demand) are missing from my Porsche Connect Store. There is no option for Innodrive, ALK or Porsche Intelligent Range Manager. I have ACC (adaptive cruise control), so these options should be available to be over FOD.

Anyone - facing the same issues ? Any thoughts regarding this would be really helpful, as I’d really like to get these options for my summer driving.

Did you try logging in on the Porsche connect site? I couldn’t find them either in the app but they where available on the site. Could buy them, still waiting for activation however. LKA works PID doesn’t. Both say waiting for activation.

Is the car MY2022? I’ve seen this remarks in the Porsche Connect Store. I’ve not gotten my Taycan yet so I don’t have first hand experience but I ordered just ACC expecting to get ALK via FoD…
