@Alaistair just as a note, I had my PMCC also on Wifi and connected to a HEMS system (not the Porsche one though). I frequently had disconnects either because of signal issues or because the mesh system tried to change the frequency. Both of these cause the PMCC to show errors mentioning you should contact service (which is nonsense) and also to ignore all HEMS commands for a minute or so. This means it will let the car charge at full speed during that time. You can only limit this by setting the maximum amperage in the PMCC settings. Once it is connected to the HEMS again, that setting will be ignored.
