Homelink profiles at different locations

Hi, I have my home’s garage set up with Homelink and location saved, which has been working fine so far (menu popups when I get home etc.). I recently set up another Homelink profile at my in-law house with their garage opener, with the location saved. Now whenever I get home, the Homelink menu pops up with both my home and in-law’s profiles. Or when I get to my in-law’s house, both mine and their Homelink profiles show up. Is that how it’s supposed to work? Reaching the geolocation basically just brings up the Homelink menu regardless of which profile is tied to the current location?

I have another garage door at home that I don’t need to operate with this car, but I’d imagine both doors/profiles will show up and that’s totally fine. My in-law’s house is many miles away it just seems really stupid to show their door profile on the menu. Is this a bug?

This is not a bug just a very bad design.
