Lost traffic and satellite map

We are on a road trip in Germany and today we lost traffic data in our satnav, and also the satnav will no longer display the satellite map.

Porsche have confirmed that our account is set up okay. We have LTE coverage. We have rebooted twice.

I see from the forum that this does happen periodically, but can’t see any solutions. Any ideas?

Irritatingly we lost more than two hours today because it sent us to an autobahn which was closed!

I finally got an answer on this issue, a week later: "Porsche AG have ... advised that the navigation issues you were facing occurred whilst they were completing planned maintenance and it affected the services you mentioned".

Porsche's infrastructure is not of "Porsche quality". We all need to keep pressing Porsche for better IT -- starting with a public status page which shows whether services are up/down/broken so we can see whether we have a car problem or a back-end server problem.
