Umm, doesn't this do what you want?

Both are mutually exclusive.

No, and apologies I'm having a hard time articulating my needs -- I thought it would be fairly simple since countless rental cars I've driven are configurable that way.

To clarify: I am looking for two checkboxes (or some other equivalent UI) where you've highlighted one in the image above. That's because the checkbox you've indicated will turn on two features: Lane Departure Warning (warn the driver that the car thinks they're drifting) AND Lake Keep (actively mess with steering to "keep" in the lane). I would like to enable the first feature (LDW) but I would not like to enable the second (LKA). I'm not asking from some fever dream of stupidity -- I've owned and driven many many cars that allow this. The Taycan does not allow that, based on research and posts here.

Not the OP, but I know what he's saying. No, the LKA does both an audio warning and a steering wheel nudge. You can't disable the steering wheel nudge without disabling the audio warning also.
Thank you.

ALK - Active Lane Keep (only when ACC is fitted as an option)
LKA - Lane Keep Assist (is the standard fitting)

It could be that when ACC is installed the feature set changes and there is a dependency between the two.

I don't have ACC and rely on the standard LKA (which annoyingly is referenced as Lane Departure Warning).

Yeah as specified somewhere way above, I'm excluding ALK from this discussion. But it seems fine as a monolithic feature that you can enable or disable as needed.
