One touch electric window - not working

Today the one touch window function stopped working on the drivers side window only.

So to lower or raise I have to hold the button....

The other three windows work normally.

Anyone else had this?

Is there a way to reset the window or is it a trip to the Porsche Centre?

I suspect it has forgotten the end position. Look up “storing end position of side windows” in the good to know app. Follow the instructions and it will probably sort it. I had this issue with one of my Macan windows. It will take you about a minute to do

Yes, the procedure is in Good to Know under Power windows -> Storing the final position.

Found the procedure in the Good to know app.

Followed the procedure and it fixed it the problem.
