Opinions on Black vs Yellow Calipers on Turbo S

Any thoughts on black vs yellow calipers on the Turbo S? The black high gloss finish is a $900 option here in the states, and I've ordered it because I think it looks cleaner and doesn't distract from the lines of the car the way the bright yellow does. Thoughts??

Good question, what color is the car itself? On my blue one I would have preferred black, but not necessarily gloss. The yellow I keep flipping between distracting/cool, and haven't settled yet.

Never liked it, I have black calipers on my white Taycan with Mission E wheels.
All black and white (Stormtrooper theme).
The yellow just doesn't fit in there anyway.
I guess it's for people who want to show they have ceramic brakes or they just don't want to pay another whopping $900 on a $100.000+ car....lol.

I went with black on my white Turbo S. I also thought the yellow was distracting and wanted the “stormtrooper” look.

Funny, had that exact same config.
Later, I skipped the Carrara White option for the wheels cuz it's hardly different from the standard white on the wheels anyway.
Waste of money imho.
Besides, I may change the wheels one day for different ones.

Or do you mean paint the whole wheel Carrara White?

Sadly there are no options for yellow on the interior (stitching, seat belts, etc) so if it were my car I'd go black.

Actually on the white the yellow would be fine, and the black may almost pop out more. But that is just my opinion, specially against the white/silver wheel trim.

I'm all for colored brakes. Red, yellow, white. Something contrasting to your body color to make them pop. IMO, it adds to the sportiness and aggressiveness of the overall appearance. @Vim Schrotnock, do you have colored brakes on your Pan GTS? Love them? Hate them? On your Carrera white, I'd definitely go yellow!

Same here - I've always gone for contrast brake calipers even when not ceramic.
