A must have option IMO is Rear Axle Steering !!! It makes an enormous difference when in tight spots (parking garage) and manoeuvring the city centre. My CT feels smaller and easier manoeuvrable then the wife’s XC40 ?

I know but again, 5 kw during 8 hours is 40 kw charged., on a 83 kw battery. Not that much during night charging. If,you have 8 h sleep. I don’t. It’s an open debat that i have often with clients and others. Let’s say, the 22 kw charging is good to have for those who need it. Some options people take and some not. most important is enjoy driving your Porsche.
You are right. It is different for everybody. I am just saying because I hear many people that never owned an EV, saying that they have to upgrade their electricity connection to charge their car because they calculated they can't go 0-100% during one night. While in practice you will never really need that. Almost nobody drives 350km one day and arrives exactly with 0% and drives again 350km the very next day. Charging +60% during a night is ok in most cases. So a standard single phase 7,6kwatt connection is fine.

I drove 350 km yesterday coming back from Paris and drove 2 x 200 km today leaving early (22 kw charging available) and will do 2 x 135 tomorrow (no charging possible). This is typical for holidays and family visits for me. Did it with and ICE car and I will see how it works out once I have the Taycan. But like you say, everybody has a different situation and in my case this is not every week and can be managed with fast chargers too.

Hi all,

after 2 weeks of daily visits to the porsche car configurator and a very satisfying testdrive this morning, I ordered my Dolomite silver CT4 at Porsche Antwerp (Belgium).

Delivery is expected Q1/2023 and a price increase of 2,5 % is already included ...

Main reason for this purchase is due to enormous taxes in Belgium on the use of cars. My X5 40e is a gasoline addict and the Belgian government likes to tax anything that is remotely climate unfriendly ... So, the X5 has to leave. The I8 stays, just for some fun at weekends.

My choise of options : http://www.porsche-code.com/PNM63M18.

Main focus on black accents on the outside : black 21 inch Cross Turismo wheels, black roofrailings, panoroof, privacy glass, ...
Standard seats, no extra leather. I like the base interior very much.
However : sport chrono (with compass !), power steering, memory driver, front heated seats, porsche entry, ambient lighting, bose sound, surround view

My son turned 14 yesterday. He chose passenger display ... I know it is not the best spent 1.125 € ...

I can change my spec until september 30th, so any suggestions are very welcome !

Greetings from Belgium !

Hans
Proficiat!

I am so envious of you Europeans getting the option of having a metal roof or glass roof in a CT4 ... Here in the US, Porsche forces us to get the glass roof (I'd prefer metal).
