I recently had my 2022 Taycan Cross Turismo in my dealership for new tires and 2 recalls that they fixed. The next day I went to charge it and the plug and charge would not work at the Electrify America station that I always use without a problem. I called Porsche and they talked me through Re-setting my PCM and that allowed me to charge the car but only manually through the MyPorsche app. The plug and charge was still not working. I got home and then noticed the my Porsche app was not connecting with my phone it read Limited View (Privacy Mode) I went in the car and checked the account settings and the car was not in privacy mode. I then logged out and back in to my account on the PCM and that seemed to work. This morning I wake up and the app on my phone is back to saying the car is in Limited view (Privacy Mode) Prior to bringing the car to my Dealership I have NEVER had an issue with my PCM. In fact the only issue I've had in the 20 months of ownership was a stuck charge port door. Idk what I can do to remedy this? Do I keep calling Porsche for help or return the car to the dealership and have them further mess up the PCM?? ??? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.......
