Phone calls not ringing through PCM?

I just realised that the PCM will not ring if I get a call (connected to car via Bluetooth). The phone's ringer will ring but of course occasionally the radio or chatting will drone that out.

I also haven't seen any alerts on PCM... If radio is on it'll automatically stop and a small green phone icon will light up on the instrument cluster but other than that, no notifications of getting a phone call.

Is it just my buggy PCM or all taycans like this? TIA
