Please help.. car still won't start after new 12v battery

Hello everyone, I haven't driven my car for a long time and the 12v battery has stopped working. I put in a new 12v battery and then my car won't start. Please help me, what should I do?
When I diagnosed my car, it gave this error P171900 transmission rotor sensor!

My 12v also wouldn't start today. I jump started the 12v with my ICE car. Car is charging now.

Problem is the Porsche app no longer connects with the car.
