Questions on 2023 GTS build

About to place an order for this build. Got lucky with a July but a bit skeptical that I will get it this year. Anyways, questions are:

1. The technology package says it includes passenger display, heads-up display, etc. However the renderings don’t show the passenger display and the dealer build sheet doesn’t have a technology package options breakdown. Just shows technology package. Anyone sure it comes with everything listed on site?
2. Is there any way to get the rear middle seat the in Beige?
3. I live in the US, did I select the essential charging features? I selected the onboard 150/400, and mobile connect. Should I select anything else?
4. Overall other thoughts on build? Did I miss anything obvious? Overkill on anything? I do plan on taking advantage of the full Porsche driving experience and may even track it 1-2 times a year

My 2 cents

1. Tech pack will be as listed.
2. Car comes with Porsche Mobile Charger Plus (PMC+) for up to 9.6kW home charging. Do you need the Porsche Mobile Charger Connect specifically?
3. Olea leather is probably not worth the cost over standard extended leather.
4. PDCC is probably a nice to have and should be second to Rear Axle Steer (RAS) and upgraded brakes. You have added RAS but kept standard brakes which you may want to reconsider if tracking.
5. Rear AC is probably not worth it either - small cabin

I'd add "Exterior Mirror Lower Trim in Exterior Color and Base in High Gloss Black" - makes a noticeable difference ...
