More than EPA, I'll take it

The range is dictated by a lot of factors but in our hands and other real world tests have shown the Taycan Turbo S will get over 250 miles on a charge from its 83 KWH usable battery. Now doing repeated launch control starts, driving over 90 mph , heater on full, in sport plus mode, lights on high beam and going up a mountain it will not get that far. The efficiency of this car is less then the competition but it also has 750 hp, weighs 5000 pounds and is the fastest electric sedan in the world. The efficiency of this car is not as catastrophic as the EPA or some on this forum claim but the performance certainly is hitting every claim by Porsche:

On All Season Tires:
0 -60 mph 2.6 seconds as verified on Jason Camissa's VBox with me in the car.
Grip levels:

I cannot wait to see what this car will do on some high performance summer rubber and when the weather gets above 55 degrees...

I believe it, right now after my first 100% charge with a mix of driving mine is showing an expected range of 235. Today I will drive it around a 150 miles actual and should be able to get a good idea of how accurate the estimates are (accounting for my driving style).

How does it do at 75 mph steady at about 32 F with no or light winds? Heat at comfortable, but maybe slightly chilly. My Model 3 LR AWD typically gets 330-400 Wh/mile in those conditions, meaning a range more like 200 miles or a bit more. I am curious how Taycan holds up at those speeds. The Model 3 doesn't get what I would expect.

Take a look at my battery/longevity thread for data at 25F and today at 45F. I never drove continuously at 75mph so can’t directly answer.

So @Viking79, using the Porsche range estimator for a Taycan 4S with the 20" wheels at 0C with 100% motorway driving with Heat and Heatpump (Included in USA) and plus battery (Required for orders now and always recommend). I believe that these estimates are based on Normal mode, not Range mode

It shows 205 miles. Just a synthetic data point, I want to hear more about actual user experiences as well.
