I received a notification from my dealer via postal mail informing me that it has been determined that a fix/ update must be made to my MY 21 CT4S for the power control system, (or something to that effect, my Japanese is not perfect....) The mail indicated that the fix could be performed in a short time - an hour and half - which I had my doubts about given the experiences I've read about in this forum. This past weekend discussed with the dealer FTF, and they indicated they wouldn't be ready to do this fix till mid June, and that as an additional set of fixes/updates would be part of the process, I had best plan on leaving the car with them for two or three days.
They did graciously offer to let me choose which replacement vehicle I would like etc etc.
However, still no remedy for the missing Power Steering Wheel adjustment device nor any offer for compensation ($/¥).
Fingers crossed.
