Scratch on tinted glass

Hi, Does anyone know if the tint on the glass pillar in-between the front and rear doors is on the inside or outside of the glass, a 1 inch scratch has appeared and I think the tint is on the inside which can't be scratch due to the internal plastic, but Porsche say they think it is on the outside and I have scratched it, I'm looking to claim for this if the tint is on the inside, please take a look at your Taycan and let me know what you think. Thank you

Taycan glass is the worst glass I’ve seen. Generally it’s prone to scratches vs my bmw which I’ve owned for 10+ years and still no scratches on the side windows
