Seat heating/cooling balance not saved?

I prefer to have the seat back a little warmer than the seat so was glad to see the Taycan offers a heating/cooling balance for the front seats. However it doesn't appear these settings are saved after the car is turned off?

Read the manual and it does mention that these settings are meant to be saved to the driver profile.

Is this another PCM quirk or am I doing something wrong? I do occasionally have issue with unable to login into my profile so certainly have a pretty buggy PCM.

I don't have these options but have you tried also saving to one of the memory buttons as a plan b?
