UK order status and delays?

Mine was produced 28th October and arrived at dealer on Tuesday this week so you may see it this month you never know!

@MarkR i have added my car to My Porsche this evening. Previously when entering my VIN it requested proof of ownership but this evening it sent a confirmation number to my phone and added it.

Car has a green light saying it’s exchanging data but I have no remote access authorisation as I haven’t signed in on the car presumably.

Yours made a quick move to the dealer! Mine completed build 2 days before yours and should have made sheerness yesterday.

That's interesting, thanks for the info. I have the VIN in MyPorsche in the web portal, but not sure it is in the app. I will take another look to see if I can see the car. Looks like yours is getting closer too...!

no clear logic to how all this works!

I had an email about ‘activating my Porsche’ which asked me to log in and then similarly to you get a code to the phone etc. I can see my car, vin and spec but never yet had the green connected light.. just the spinning grey one!

also having my car on ‘my Porsche’ still doesn’t show me any of the build progress or photos etc… given up hope this will ever appear now

Nope, no logic. My car is also still scheduled for production.

I've moved to stage 4 this morning. No production photos.

@Jin I have the spinning grey light now; perhaps all turned off for shipping

I did manage to connect Spotify, sign up for Porsche Connect Services and order a charging card. I also have the WPN8 recall message, so I'll make sure that's done before pick up.

similar set up to me, although I've never had any visibility of the order or stages etc. I'm thinking as its a sal sac order something else is at play... maybe as the 'owner' would be the Lex.

my app just shows 'Restricted View (no remote access authorisation)'.. assume I need to log-on in the car first.

I'm hoping this is the week for me! car should be at Sheerness (Had a look on Google Maps satellite view and wow there's a lot of car parking there!).. fingers crossed I hear something soon

I moved to Stage 4 this morning too. I have not added the car so will do this to see what I get to see. I am not sure i know what to do yet, so will find my way through. I assume I "Add Car". No production photos yet. I see that the Hellas Neptune is back in Emden, so I have a feeling our cars will leave tomorrow or Wednesday. Fingers crossed. @Jin, I am Salary Sacrifice too, and I get the stage updates so you should be getting those too.

Interesting. Mine did do that until the weekend and then just accepted the VIN. That probably is something to do with Sal Sac - I’m not using Sal Sac
