Hi guys

Take delivery of my new turbo next week and I’ve gone with Porsche finance. They appear to have the highest residuals however the APR is also the highest!

Just wondering who you guys are using if there are any great deals to be had in the UK that have high residuals and low APR?

JCT600 was the best price I could find at the time, I did a fair bit of comparing but there wasn’t a lot in it.

But they weren’t on my local dealer’s approved supplier list so that caused a few issues. Still got it done on the day but blood pressures ran high because of it and that kind of ruined the experience of collecting my first Porsche

I’m also with VW finance on a PCP. There was a deal on the website up until the end of October 2020 for 6.1% APR but when I spoke to the dealer they offered 7.1%! I showed them their own advert and they dropped to 6.9% straight away. Might have been able to get better but since I’m putting down the maximum deposit it doesn’t make much difference to my overall costs.
There’s much cheaper finance around but like you said they do offer a high residual, so pay off as much as you can up front.

Have you got a copy of that offer? I ordered October!
