Hi Folks,
Swopped my summer tyres to winter tyres to gen 1.2.
I had this set of winter tyres on my Jen 1.
Tpms have not been recognised.
Is there anything I need to do when swopping tyres or it should pick the signal automatically? Can’t remember for sure from my previous Taycan.
TPMs have changed on the new Jen 1.2?

Only know this from a classified post on this forum, but seller stated the 1.2 are indeed a different tpms than 1.1.

You’ll have to sell them to me for a bargain price 😉

Little bit more digging… this appears to be to be the ideal compromise in terms of price, at 25 quid each I’ll give it a try.

Possibly a stupid question, but how do you fit them? Can they be fitted without removing the tyres from the wheels? Or do you have to remove the tyres, fit the sensors the re-fit the tyres?

Yes, the tyres need to come off.

The original sensors are also made by BH Sens, so you're getting pretty much exactly the same thing. The aftermarket ones can just be programmed to suit a variety of different cars while the original ones have fixed programming.
