Condition: In the fault memory of the high-voltage charger (On Board Charger - OBC), the following fault memory entry is stored as “active”. The fault memory entry cannot be deleted even though there is no error symptom. This occurs in conjunction with OBC software version 3018.

Control unit: High Voltage Charger (OBC) P31EF00 Line conductor energy throughput - difference too high (E101E0)

Technical Background: Root cause analysis from PAG has confirmed the fault sets without any known function restrictions.

Service Information: In this case, please perform an AC charging process. If there is no complaint during AC charging, the error code can be ignored until further notice.

Replacing the 11-kW high-voltage charger (On Board Charger - OBC) is not necessary and is not expedient.
PAG is currently working on an adaptation of software and guided fault finding (GFF). The update of the guided fault finding (GFF) is available with Tester release 42.800.000.
SW to rectify this matter is planned for a future tester release. This bulletin will be updated as soon as there is
any further news regarding this topic.
