Turbo Front Spoiler Conversion

Greetings all,

Has anyone tested the waters of installing this conversion kit from Suncoast? I would love to get this and have it painted in gloss black to match the rest of the lower-body trim of the GTS but I have no idea if this is a DIY kind of thing or if it'll be cost prohibitive with installation. Thoughts and/or experiences are welcome.
