User profile selection now gone - something going at Porsche?

My 22 4S is barely a month old, I did have the dreaded "registration not available" problem when I first got the car which needed a trip back to the dealer.

And now it appears the user profile selection is gone completely. No names display at the top, not even "Guest". And when I try to manually switch accounts, my profile is greyed out so not selectable. Not able to "Set up account" neither - also greyed out.

Anyone else having this issue? Wonder if it's related to Porsche's PCM updates.

I have experienced this once, about a week in after I picked up my car. I did a complete reset (which I wanted to do anyway) and it hasn't happened since then.

But my Porsche charger and home energy manager, and "my Porsche' app occasionally drop connection to Porsche server. I suspect it may be a server issue at Porsche's end? Dunno - just guessing.
