Using Apple Podcasts or Overcast App in CarPlay

Hi. New member here! I use Apple Podcasts and the Overcast App in CarPlay. Is there a way to rewind or fast forward a podcast on the steering wheel, versus having to constantly hitting rewind/ff buttons on the screen (thereby taking my eyes off ther road)? Thanks!

You can programme the steering wheel button to do one but not both. I’ve got rewind programmed on mine
