Using Homelink when Taycan is powered off?

Home link works well compared to posts I have read about it pre uPdate. One thing I can’t seem to find is a way to close the garage door when the car is off. Anyone know of a way?
Obviously unlike my I.C.E car I don’t really need to turn it off before closing the door, but years of that order (turn off the engine/car, then close the garage door) have proven to be a hard to break.

What is the homelink button you're using? I use the diamond touchscreen button on the dash, but that doesn't work after turning off the car. If I put it on the steering wheel does that work after powering off?

I just use the popup on the screen, and/or the one the icon on right hand side of camera mode. I started with using diamond button but when I realized the auto location popped it up I changed that to next track.

It’s stupid that you can’t do it via the Porsche app.
It’s great to have and I will miss my tesla app for opening and closing the gate at a rented spot.

Interesting I will have to try that again in the morning. In my experience so far When I power off the car the button is still popped up but it says not available if I press it.
