value of PTV+ in Cross Turismo 4

I noticed on the configurator today that you can’t have PDCC on its own, adds PTV automatically.
You can have just PTV though.
Has it always been like that?

Yes I believe so as there will be a dependency on PTV+ as part of the chassis control.

PDCC is really not necessary given the awesome base characteristics of the chassis without adding to it but personal choice will prevail.
