Starting getting a weird clicking sound when the car is piping heat out of the driver’s wheel well. Sounds like the fan when cooling batteries. Anyone else run into this issue? Taking it to dealer this week to have it checked.

You have pebbles stuck in the fan. It’s due to poor design and there is a TSB to fix it.

Ahh thanks! The sound subsided a bit so wonder if the fan chewed out the pebble.

did you get yours fixed?

I don’t have the issue but others on this forum have had it. The TSB is quite new, but if I get that noise I’m going straight to the dealership for the fix.

Fixed it. Went outside and did a few launch controls and whipped it around. Noise gone. I’m guessing the rocks are going through the air tunnel in front on driver’s side.
