I went to three branches of my usual tyre guys (Setyers) and they said they didn’t have the ramps or jacks to lift my car!

I have a slow puncture and they have suggested I take it back to the main dealer.

Has anyone had a tyre repaired or replaced at anywhere like Kwik Fit, or anywhere other than the dealer?

I had Kwik Fit replace a tyre on mine last week following a puncture. Very efficient and came to my house to do it. No one else had one in stock. The main dealer didn’t have one but my issue was that it was totally flat and would hold any pressure as there was a large bolt in the tyre So my only option really was a mobile fitter.

Costco is where I'd normally go.

There should be no issue in jacking up your car (by anyone) as long as they / you remember to disable the air suspension (PCM - Vehicle settings) before removing the wheel / jacking the car. Same as you would with any car with air suspension.
