Please can someone explain what this is? I mean I understand it’s for data transmission but is it an optional item or is it mandatory for the data to/from the car to operate correctly?
The reason I ask is because I have just hard wired my radar device into a spare switch, whilst doing this with the fuse cover off I noticed a 5A fuse tucked away in the depth of the bulkhead behind the carpet. The question is could this be a fuse that has popped out by accident when removing the fuse holder cover or could it be a dropped fuse during its build?
The only issue I have now since carrying this out is I can’t log into the car with my account only guest user and there is no fuse in the Control unit for wireless data transmis- sion (RHD vehicles)!
Much appreciated if anyone can shed any light. Thanks
