Hi Fellow Canucks,
Thought I’d share this info. With the Rogers network down yesterday, a lot of us (perhaps all?) would have experienced the loss of the connection status with the My Porsche app , but also the loss of Data Connection from the car to the server (no LTE connection). I had to login as guest yesterday.
Apparently the embedded sim card links to Rogers (in Canada). I just checked this morning and all is back to normal with my car, now that Rogers is back up.
No need for 12v, app, Term 30 resets…just the network down ?.
