Driving up to Ruinettes is quite good fun in the snow. I considered going higher but it gets steeper and you’re supposed to have Commune authorization so I didn’t risk it. A mate drove up to Lac des Vaux in his Landrover!

I was very cautious on the way down. If you brake with any momentum on snow it will slide and that road is pretty vertiginous!

yeah, I know what you mean, I am big on mountain biking and I did go down few times from up there!

About 10% I think. It stays on most of the time due to this fella so haven’t had the chance to compare recently
