Car keeps unlocking

For the past two months each time I lock my car using the door handle sensors the car locks and mirrors fold but as I walk away the car unlocks again. It only does this using the door handle sensor (but not all the time), if I use the key fob or lock the car from the trunk lid the car remains locked.

Is any one else seeing this issue?

You will need a dealer visit to replace the door handle.

Don't hang around the car or move away and then back as the key will send an open signal.

I tried that, still did not work. I am sure I entertained others in the parking lot as I touched the door handle and ran from the car.

Already called my dealer and have an appointment on the 25th.

Same issue. Sometimes even with the key. Had it exemined. They said they know about the problem but they don’t have a solution yet. However I saw on this forum that in the US someone had the same problem and it was solved by changing the door handles. I showed it to the dealer and they said it was for the US and not for Europe. Strange.

That was probably me and yes, I am in the US. Before the fix I was just using the rear door handle to lock the car. Worked fine that way.

Here is an update on my car. Car went in the shop last Wednesday for no heat and the car keeps unlocking.
Needs HV heater (none to be found) and the unlocking is a known issue that requires the handles to be replaced. Dealer said Porsche is working on a program to send new door handles to have them replaced but no date has been set (sometime in 20223). In the meantime if anyone is having this issue the dealer said to tap the door handle twice and it will not unlock.

In the meantime I am in a loaner until they find me a replacement HV heater.

Porsche service center told me that they need to change the door control module of the doors not working. They did not talk about changing handles…
