Help purchase used - Taycan with minor accident [scratch on surface and below]

Hi all,

Looking for some help from my dear homie!

Found an interesting Taycan online, went to the dealership, found out the car had minor accident per report.
Took a closer look found out as below,
1. This car has 4 small scratch on front with paint loss at front bumper, right/bottom part, 3 of them are small, 1 of them is bigger about half lady palm size, with uneven surface.
2. Same place, front bumper, right/bottom part, below the plastic grey/black part, the plastic has big area of scratch, like plastic similar to how a plastic toy gets scuffed when dragged across a rubber surface.
3. This car had main display starting issue upon my first visit, fixed right away after they drove it to near porsche dealer.
4. Owner's wife seems to be driving around sometimes (but to all their inventories..)

Clean title
Single owner

I feel, the scratch on the front bumper occurred when the car was driven onto the curb while parking by previous owner.
I am not a tech expert at all, but I feel I might need to replace the entire front bumper.

Questions
A: Do you guys think this car worth buying (Price seems quite low due to this)
B: How much is front bumper replacement roughly for Taycan 4S (2021)
