Tried to reach out to head of customer service with no replies. Also tried to reach out to executive customer service at Porsche Financial and no response. Why do they ignore their customers?

Leave a message to the Porsche Financial that you think they deposited a hundred grand in your account, and you just wanted to check what it was for, like maybe some class action settlement or whatever. Then, when they call, tell them you already figured out that was from another source, but "since I got you on the phone..." ;)

That's too funny but it is very sad that I had a one pay and the car is paid in full. Now they are saying there is a 4 month waiting period to do a lease transfer unless you get an exception plus they need to receive the title. It is a nightmare and the vp doesn't respond to emails.

If it helps, I did that with Audi (probably same reason as you, to capture the $7,500 rebate). While it was relatively easy to pay off, it took few months for the title to transfer, and I had to call them to remind them. One of the reasons was they didn’t even have a title in hand when I paid it off, and when they got it, they forgot to transfer it to me. It only took one phone call though to finally get them to send me the title. It was the original title with a letter of sale, so I still had go to dmv and pay to get a new one with my name on it.
