B pillar scratch protector for the interior?

It seems these scratches are from test drivers flinging the sear belt buckle off when they get out. I plan on being careful like you are, but it’s clear this is a bad design.

Its a bad design for sure. Partly because its a highly modified Panamera platform.

As a rule of thumb, never valet your car and if possible, avoid people getting in to the drivers seat. People fall in to the car which will destroy that plastic bit
