I said: "Maybe Porsche EV people are different."Not all,
I owned 4 911 Turbos and about a dozen different variants of 911.
Couple 928s too when they hey were making them.
That did not stop me from buying AMGs, exactly 20 of them when including 4 cars from AMG before the merger.
If you are a true car enthusiast, you don’t limit your choices to just one Brand, Porsche is a great one but far, far from ultimate.
I'm a car enthusiast too but Mercedes was never my dream car, just like many car enthusiasts I know who own or have owned Porsches, I noticed there was a pattern.
When I found this pattern I asked random people on car shows, meetings etc and it's just remarkable, almost like the neverending (online) battle of BMW vs Mercedes people.
On the other hand, Porsche people own or would rather buy or have bought a BMW before.
It has something to do with brand identity I think.
Personally I think Mercedes is a dull and boring brand, even if there's a AMG badge on it; cruise ships on steroids.
