My car suddenly lost all my favorite stations and won’t show Sirius radio either. Any ideas on what happened and how to resolve ?

Just assign the Joker Key, do the fix, then re-assign the Joker Key back to what you want.

FYI, I was having this problem too, approx weekly. I reset the PCM to the factory settings, then started fresh by logging in again with my ID. That seemed to fix it as I have never experienced the problem since.
