Yeah my arrived at the dealership. Minus the sun sensor. So after having cleared my for a Monday pick up. I’m now told it will be another week until they have the part

At least yours is at the dealer , mine is still sitting at port without the sun sensor, so they can't even preload it (I have PPF and Tint work that needs to occur through a local shop before delivery).

Delivery changed to Friday August 20th in TYD

I heard the sun sensor leaves a hole in the dash until the put the part in (and that evidently happens at the port not the dealership). Not sure what the sun sensor does other than assist with temperature readings? Anyone know?

My car is due in Jacksonville port Saturday. Should I wait to ask my dealer what might be missing until it is in port or will they already know?

Wish they would deliver the car so we can get the PPF done while waiting on the missing parts.

TYD has been very accurate on my end other than the future dates. Showing delivery to dealer in the past, but the build, car movement and ship tracking has been dead on.

Curious if you ever got your sensor installed. I assume we all should be getting the sensor around the same time. I am trying to sell my current vehicle and don't want to sell it too soon.

I just texted my salesman as my car was offloaded in Jacksonville Saturday to see if it is going to be held at the port or not and does it have all its parts. He claims the sun sensor is a dealership install, but another forum member said it was done at the port. Can anyone confirm?

It seems random. Mine is at the dealer and awaiting the part. It was definitely released from the port.

My car's still at the port. No idea why. Trying to get in touch with my salesman to see if he can tell me what's going on, but unfortunately haven't been able to.
