Absolutely, this can be won in a European court. It would however need coordinated action between owners (most European countries don't have the great US "class action" legal tool)

right, it's just so disappointing that Europe gets a P7 "plus" whereas China has the newest version called "P7" without "plus" which is far better chassis wise (from what I saw, didn't test)

Can't help as I'm French but I can only tell you that in France you'd have to suck it up as probably no one would have helped / gathered proof & you can always try to call the cops but they won't do anything unless someone is hurt. So somehow "lucky" vs the same event in France ! Good luck to you.
