I tried to reboot my Porsche Connect system in the car. My can still can't connect with app to update the data. I will just have to wait for a response from support. The support rep was forwarding my photos and screenshots to Germany.

I talked with the digital support people. They asked for photos and promised to get back to me. I hope the results are better than your experience.
