Not sure what happened. I know that I am required to restart my phone about once per week to keep it from glitching. My guess is the error was on the Android side of things....
Same.. I have no LTE connectivity since Saturday - The car shows the dreaded opposing arrows with a line running through them. No streaming and live traffic updates either. I am in the East Coast DMV area FWIW! Short of setting up an appointment with the dealership, is there another way? Already reset the PCM, shut off the car, locked it waited an hour etc but no success.
