I have been without this Porsche connect thing for a month, and as other said, I only miss the opportunity to remotely pre-heat the car. On the second place maybe to keep an eye on a charging process when at work.
Voice commands still work - but I have not got used to them. Charging planner is...
I refuse to buy this "service" for £270 on principle. When we had a cold spell I missed the ability to warm up the car remotely, but that is about it. That is also good for my sanity, as the app was spinning the wheel all too often without doing anything - at least that was 'free'...
I was in the same situation. The notice disappeared from my Porsche page, but I still went , and they did something. Or at least they said they did.
I think they applied some update because my passenger screen now doesn’t work if a sensor doesn’t sense a passenger in the seat…
was collecting my Taycan from a small repair today - dozens and dozens of sad-looking taycans are piled in every possible corner.... Scary sight I must say
what a shame...
I used the "pre-heating" function in earnest today - it was -5 outside. It defrosted the windscreen surprisingly quickly without any need for scraping... (not that would help you in anyway now - just sharing the observation that heater worked way better than I expected - we...

Turbo 11/2020 , MY2021
1) unknown
2) 93.7%
3) 36000 miles
4) very little DC charging - average charge rate seem to be c, 7kw across 36000 miles
don’t know much more as the car is new to me
I also discovered pretty loud rattles from both doors having purchased a Porsche-approved 2020 Turbo. Reported it to the dealer, they test-drove the car and confirmed the problem is real. They told me it would be two full days job to fix the doors - not sure what exactly they'd be doing. The...
Dear fellow Taycan owners,
this is probably a silly post but I will still try.
I bought an “approved used” Taycan from a Porsche dealer. It’s 2020 and 35000 miles, so it should have had at least one service.
My problem is that I didn’t get any paperwork with the car - I guess it’s all done...
