Well. It’s not all rainbows. I have a set of brand new all season tires that the car rolled off the ship on and no one wants them. Even at half off.
I guess I need to be patient for the early guys to burn through their first set.
The classic answer...”it depends”. Everyone is different. I drive my Taycan like I drive my 911...weight and size be damned. I removed my all seasons before delivery as it was the only option my car came with at the time and didn’t want to limit the car. I had the dealer install the summer...
Actually it’s even easier. Just touch the center of the lumbar control and it turns on. The option screen also pops up on the pcm. Love this option as does my wife. If this is your daily...what a great way to further enjoy your time in the car.
If there is a negative...(besides the price)...it’s...
Would anyone happen to know the half and full load tire pressures for 21” wheels and summer tires combo?
I’m running the pirelli Porsche spec summer tires that are made for this car.
Since my car (4s) is a US car....the needed pressures are not in the manual. All 21” wheels got the all season...
Totally agree. Most will not realize the end has already been written. Remove the protections they receive and see how they would compete in an “Amazon” world. The entire system needs to be turned on its head. It’s outdated. These cars represent the future and the possibility that lies ahead...
Clueless is a kind word. I would choose other adjectives if I felt like poking the bear.
Should be an interesting first year with the car, dealer, a s manufacturer support.
Update. Received new charger from my dealer. It cooked itself as well. 4 hours of charging is too much for a FL garage.
sent email to dealer. Awaiting response from Porsche NA
I’m not holding my breathe. This car was too much for the dealer network. Neither sales or service was fully ready for...
100% agree. The full sport package combo and Porsche rated summer tires...unleashes this car.
Yes, PDCC works full time. Regardless of what mode you are in at the time. The level of aggressiveness of the system is all that changes.
Agree 100% with Dave. I ordered it as well. Had it previously on my Panamera Turbo (2017) and was sold. It makes the elephant dance. I drove (hard) the turbo version of the Taycan prior to my delivery without the PDCC (or 4WS)....and while fast....I would take my 4S with the full Sport Package...
Appreciate that....I had the mission E wheels on....but at the last minute...changed. I LOVE these wheels. and with the PSCB...zero dust. But is there really a bad wheel choice on a Taycan?? ;)
